I loved it as much as the Rosie and Raider trilogy, if not more. It was so romantic- that's what I like about historical adventure/romance books...it was simply bliss! I liked it very much and wouldn't it be cool if you could be in Byroney's place? I would recommend this book to all of my friends. IWishing she could join the fight for independence rather than submit to the duties of a frontier wife, fiery young Byroney Rose Frazer overhears enemy plans and begins a desperate journey to save the family and the man she loves.
