Not quite what I expectedBy Jess SchiraI agree with the reviewer that said this was somewhere between a 3.5 and 4 star novel. The higher mark is mostly because Jensen has a lovely writing voice, created amazing dialogue, and did and awesome job with her settings. Also, I've worked in restaurants and know she nailed the work atmosphere perfectly.I'm finding I enjoy the novel more now that I've read it, than I did while was actually reading.
