Superb sequelBy ShadowsweptI was hoping this book would be as good as the first one, but it actually surpassed it. This one is darker and more intense. Although they were in danger in the first one, it didn't seem quite as ominous as the threat they face here. There is some truly heart-pounding violence in this one that affects the reader as much as the characters. They don't come through it unscathed, and it shows in their maturity level.It does.... the intensity of Rachels and Mycrofts relationship is a solid hook, drawing the reader into quickly accelerating action and suspense.
